Refund and Return Policy

This document clarifies when payments may be refunded, when credits apply instead, and how statutory consumer rights interact with our small-studio operations. It covers direct purchases from Zolvarenphitghun rather than third-party app stores.

Scope and ordering channel

These rules apply when you pay Zolvarenphitghun through invoices, checkout links, or contracts referencing this policy. Marketplaces or event ticketing partners may impose additional conditions; in case of conflict, the marketplace terms control for payments processed there.

Taxes and currency. Listed prices assume United States dollars unless another currency is expressly quoted. Sales tax or VAT may be added based on your location and will appear on receipts.

Consulting sessions and calendar holds

Sessions require preparation. You may cancel or reschedule without penalty at least forty-eight hours before the confirmed start time in Pacific Time. Late cancellations forfeit the slot but may receive a one-time credit if extraordinary circumstances apply, evaluated case by case.

  • No-show: If you do not join within fifteen minutes without notice, the session is marked complete and not refunded.
  • Studio cancellation: If we cancel, you receive a full refund or rescheduling at your preference.
  • Packages: Multi-session bundles expire twelve months from purchase unless a written extension states otherwise. Unused sessions are not automatically refundable after expiration.

Digital educational products

Downloads and streaming access are generally non-refundable once delivery occurs, because you can duplicate materials instantly. Exceptions include duplicate charges, corrupted files we cannot replace within five business days, or a product description that materially misstates contents.

Technical failure Email support with screenshots or error codes. We attempt replication on common browsers before issuing a refund.
Preview content When available, free excerpts help you evaluate fit. Choosing a product after reviewing excerpts reduces the likelihood of mismatch refunds.

Structured programs and challenges

Programs spanning multiple weeks include onboarding materials. You may request a refund within seven calendar days of purchase if you have not downloaded more than the welcome module and have not attended a live kickoff. After those thresholds, partial refunds follow EU digital content rules where applicable and our discretion elsewhere.

If a cohort-based program fails to launch because enrollment falls below a stated minimum, enrolled participants receive automatic refunds within ten business days.

Bundles and promotional pricing

When items are sold together at a discount, refunding one component may require repricing the bundle at standalone rates before calculating the refundable portion.

European Union fourteen-day withdrawal

Consumers in the EU purchasing digital content may have a fourteen-day withdrawal right under Directive 2011/83/EU. By downloading or streaming immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that performance begins early and that withdrawal rights may be lost once delivery starts, as permitted by Article 16(m).

Chargebacks and payment disputes

Contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can trace the transaction. Friendly fraud harms small studios; we share compelling evidence with processors when claims are inaccurate.

How to request a refund

Email mailuse@zolvarenphitghun.world with “Refund Request” in the subject line, include the order identifier, purchase date, and a concise explanation. We confirm receipt within three business days and issue decisions within ten business days unless investigation requires longer.

Approved refunds return to the original payment method where technically possible; processing times depend on banks.
